More often than often

I’m told by faces –

Known or unknown

That I

LOOK like her.

SMILE like her.

DRESS like her.

GET EMOTIONAL like her.

AM like her.

But I know,

She’s more.

Much more.

Coz only she can –

LOOK into my eyes and hear what she sees.

Make me SMILE, so effortlessly.

Envisage which DRESS would suit me and why.

Feel my feelings, GET EMOTIONAL and cry.

And only she can

BE me.

In all true sense,

“My mom” is She.
